The EUMETSAT Electronic Distribution System (EUMEDS) is an on-line service offered to EUMETSAT delegates, providing access to meeting documents and information in electronic format.

The Joint STG-AFG is not an independent entity. Representatives of the STG and AFG meet to address and advise the Council on scientific and technical matters that are also of relevance in terms of financial, contractual, legal or human resource considerations.
The Working Group on Data Policy (WGP) was established to advise Council on all aspects related to the EUMETSAT Data Policy. It was renamed ‘Data Policy Group’ (DPG) in 2009.

The EUMETSAT Advisory Committee on Cooperating States (EACCS) is a subsidiary body open to all non-Member States which have concluded a Cooperating State Agreement with EUMETSAT
The STG Operations Working Group (STG-OWG) provides guidance on issues concerning the usage of EUMETSAT’s operational space and ground systems, covering all EUMETSAT operational missions
The STG Science Working Group (STG-SWG) provides scientific guidance and assessment of activities relevant to the definition and derivation of new products from EUMETSAT’s operational missions, and to the definition of future mission requirements.
The Audit Committee provides guidance and recommendations to the AFG mainly on external and internal auditing internal control matters.
The European Weather Cloud Joint Advisory Group (EWC-JAG) advises the Councils of ECMWF and EUMETSAT on all aspects related to the EWC strategy
Potential Participants Meeting (PPM). Alongside its mandatory programmes, EUMETSAT also offers its Member States a number of optional programmes. The PPM provides interested Member States - potential participants - with technical and financial information about these programmes and their implementation.
